Returns Policy

All artworks by Mari Prete are individually made with the highest level of craftsmanship according to your personal selection. If, contrary to expectations, your ordered artwork is delivered damaged or defective, then you are of course entitled to a replacement at no extra cost for you.

Most other products can be returned within 30 days if they are still in their original packaging and undamaged. In that case and if you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Note, that this button only appears on returnable items.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to every international destinations.

Currently, we only ship our products within the EU by default. The shipping of Mari Prete's original artworks from the "Limited Editions" within the EU is free of charge for you.

Shipping costs within the EU for all other categories are calculated on a flat rate basis depending on the size of the artwork:

For orders and deliveries outside the EU, please contact us directly via Contact us. Alternatively you can use any other option to contact us, like our live chat, WhatsApp, the "Need help?" button on the product details page. We will estimate shipping and delivery dates and costs for you then individually.
